The thermal coupling elements are thermally coupled to the heat source by clamping or screwing. The heatpipes are fitted into the holes. The heat taken from the coupling elements is thus transported to the cooling fins via the heatpipes. The cooling fins are similar fitted to the heatpipes. These should sit very close. The required size can be achieved by cutting the fins. The cooling fins are intended for forced ventilation.
