Features an oil-resistant, double-dipped handle for a strong, confident grip. It cuts or strips up to 10-26 gauge stranded, 8-22 gauge solid wires and can cut up to five sizes of bolts. Crimps 10- to 26-gauge insulated terminals and 10- to 22-gauge non-insulated terminals. Hand-ground, chrome-nickel steel edges are designed for extra-tough cutting.
